At Home Wet Bar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for most non-personalized items in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original box and include all documentation. Please note that custom-engraved or personalized glassware cannot be returned.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
