How long does it take to personalize my order?

Most of our personalized glassware and bar accessories are processed within 2 to 4 business days. During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 7 business days before shipping.

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because personalized items are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

What should I do if my glassware arrives broken?

We take great care in packaging, but glass is fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.

Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate gifts or weddings?
